• Payment Terms: Commissions will be paid after the referred transaction is successfully completed, and after ThreeSevens receives the commission from the developer. Payment timing may vary depending on the developer.
• No Cap: There is no limit to the number of referrals or total commissions earned.
• Disqualification: Referrals that do not result in a successful transaction or meet the terms outlined above will not be eligible for commission payments.

2. Fly Before You Buy Program

• Coverage: Eligible clients can have their travel costs, accommodation, airport transfers, and visits to construction sites or developer offices reimbursed.
• Eligibility Criteria:
  ◦ Minimum investment amount: AED 800,000.
  ◦ The purchase must be confirmed within 8 weeks of the visit.
• Reimbursement: Full reimbursement will be provided after the successful purchase of the property.
• Exclusions: Any personal expenses beyond the scope of the program will not be reimbursed.

3. Property Listings

• Direct Brokerage: All properties listed on our website are directly from developers. We act solely as brokers.
• Accuracy of Information: Details provided are based on information shared by developers. While we strive for accuracy, we are not liable for changes or discrepancies in project details.
• No Guarantees: We do not guarantee the availability, pricing, or specifications of listed properties as they are subject to change by the developers.

4. Website Usage

• Data Collection: By submitting a form on our website, you consent to the collection of your name, email, and phone number for communication purposes.
• Content Use: All content on the website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of ThreeSevens and may not be used without explicit permission.
• Prohibited Actions: Users are prohibited from attempting to hack, disrupt, or misuse the website or its services.
