Three days before your arrival, our property consultant will contact you to go through all the details of your investment opportunity and property preferences.
Step 3: Tour your investment property
On the second day of your trip, our property expert will meet you in person to give you a guided tour of your investment opportunity. They will also be able to answer any of your questions about the property.
Step 4: Purchase your property
Once you are satisfied and ready to proceed, we will begin the process of making the property yours.
Step 5: Get credited for your trip
Once your property purchase is complete, the entire cost of your trip will be credited back to your account.

How does the process work?
- You choose the package that suits you (Silver, Gold or Platinum) and pick the dates.
- Our concierge team makes the reservations and bookings.
- You arrive in the UAE, we visit developers and properties.
- When you purchase a property, the price of the trip will be deducted from the value of property = FREE trip.
Are there any fees associated with "Fly Before You Buy"?
There are no extra fees! You just choose your package and we’ll take care of the rest.
What if I cancel or reschedule my reservation with FBYB?
In case you cancel the trip, ThreeSevens will immediately cancel all the bookings and reservations and will fully refund you according to the hotel and airline terms.
What if I decide not to invest after I came to the UAE with FBYB service?
If you buy the FBYB package, come to the UAE and decide not to invest with ThreeSevens – the price of the trip will not be refunded
